Positive: We selected this apartment because it is closer to Koman Lake. We knew it was located in a small village. But the apartment is in the centre and close to a bakery. The supermarket is also very close. Parking is easy, and you have a parking place just in front. The entrance is accessed with a code. The owner is very helpful, and it is easy to communicate. We appreciated being able to pay by bank transfer. The room is new and in great condition. It is very modern and comfortable. It was perfect for our family of 4. You have air conditioning in the living room and in the bedroom. We needed an extra towel, and it was delivered very fast. The price was fantastic for the conditions offered. If you are visiting this area, I really recommend staying here.
Negative: There is no elevator, so you have to use the stairs to get to the apartment. We stayed on the last floor. We would suggest having a microwave and/or an oven; it would facilitate cooking. But we really enjoyed staying here, and we wished we had the same conditions throughout our visit to Albania.
